How we handle your information.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Armour Wireless Solutions, LLC ("Armour Wireless," "we," "us") operates this website at armourwireless.com. This page explains what information the site collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide.
- Standard web logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information common to any website visit (such as IP address, browser type, and page requested) for security and reliability purposes.
- Photo-admin sign-in. The Photos section includes a single administrator account used only by Armour Wireless staff to upload and remove photos. Signing in collects an email address, a password (stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in plain text), and a one-time verification code sent by email at each sign-in.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it sets is a strictly-necessary session cookie created when the photo administrator signs in, so the site can recognize that an authorized session is active. Public visitors browsing the site do not receive this cookie.
Third-party services we use
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions.
- Cloudinary — stores and delivers the photos shown in the Photos gallery.
- A transactional email provider — delivers the one-time sign-in codes and password-reset messages used by the photo administrator account.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms. We share only what's necessary for them to provide their service (for example, an uploaded image file, or an email address to deliver a sign-in code).
How we use your information
We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry. We use photo-admin sign-in information solely to authenticate the Armour Wireless administrator and protect the photo-management feature from unauthorized access. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained in our hosting provider's dashboard until we delete them. Uploaded photos remain in the public gallery until the administrator removes them. Sign-in codes and password-reset codes expire shortly after they're issued and are not retained afterward.
Your choices
To ask a question about this policy, request that a contact-form submission be deleted, or raise any other privacy concern, email Bill@Armourwireless.com.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
